Pros: Metro is a 10 minute walk. Bus Station 1 minute. Price/Quality is good. Saw much worse for higher prices. Nice staff, even english is not spoken by everyone but they do their best to help you out. When I come back to Bangkok I'll definitely stay here again.
Cons: Main road is nearby, so it's kind of noisy but it's Bangkok so it's always loud. Bed is for Europeans hard - personally I liked it. Toilet has no flush you have to use a bucket but that's no problem at all.

Pros: nice solid buildings, spacious and confortable rooms, refrigeretor and coffee maker. shared space pretty with plants, a shop and cafeteria/restaurant. proprerty also provide self service laundy and purifier for drinking water.

Authentic and safe
Pros: A proper local apartment building and an authentic Bangkok experience. Very safe for solo female travellers, the staff are really polite. Downstairs mini mart open all day and night. There is also a well priced cafe attached to the building. There is a cat cafe across the road, and a 24/7 restaurant on this side of the street. I used this as a base to explore this side of the river, and for that it was perfect. Safe, clean, polite and professional. I would choose to stay here again.
Cons: The location wouldn't suit everyone, but one stop on the BTS (or 50 baht grab saver) will take you to more evening entertainment. Bed is a Thai thin mattress, perfect for my back but wouldn't suit everyone. No info on tourists spots, which I actually liked.

Pros: hard mattress but surprisingly comfortable convenience store right next door open 24/7 big and spacious nice balcony
Cons: far away from everything but situated in a very kind neighbourhood hard to find at first because the location on maps is wrong and leads you to a back door if you go to the balcony with the A/C on in the room it gets very hot

Consigliatissimo
Pros: La stanza era molto pulita, le signore nonostante parlassero poco inglese sono state davvero tutte molto gentili! Piccolo frigo e bollitore molto comodi. Posizione un po' fuori dal centro, e abbiamo avuto qualche problema con Google e i trasporti pubblici però con un po' di organizzazioni si arriva ovunque!
Cons: Unica pecca, siamo rimasti quasi una settimana e non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza o svuotare i cestini

Agréable surprise
Pros: Chambre propre et assez grande, d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel sympa. Proximité de petits restaurants où l'on trouve des petits plats excellents à des prix contenus.
Cons: C'est un peu excentré à Bangkok

Pros: Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, il bagno privato è molto comodo e pulito. C'è tutto il necessario, e anche una reception 24h con un minimarket. La proprietaria è davvero una donna fantastica

Muy agradable pero le falta para ser perfecta
Pros: Lugar amplio, cómodo y sobre todo privado. El lugar cuenta con una cama, una refrigeradora, un calentador de aguas, una mesa, una silla. Tiene aire acondicionado. El dueño me dejó 3 botellas de agua, lo cual agradezco mucho. Está ubicado cerca a una parada de bus pero cruzar la calle se vuelve peligroso ya que es una via principal. La persona que te guía no entendía que era el huésped que iba a retirar la llaves, sin embargo, gracias a un amiga que me ayudó con el idioma tailandés pude retirar la llaves. Cuando la señora me identificó que era el huésped fue muy amable en indicarme la habitación y me entrego la clave del wifi.
Cons: Muy mala señal de internet, me tocó usar mis datos. Recomiendo colocar un basurero para colocar la basura. Considerar que está ubicado en el cuarto piso y que las gradas son altas.

Pros: Nothing so far it's been a week and my fiance has not made it yet she was offloaded in Manila because of a CFO requirement that we didn't know anything about and we've been a week now trying to resolve the issue
Cons: I have no other complaints the people are friendly even though they can't speak the language or understand what I'm trying to say
