Highly recommend

Pros: Great size room, clean, with everything we needed. The bonus was the laundry area upstairs. About 700m from the BTS, and safe to walk in the night. Close to 7 Eleven. It's exactly like the pics. Ricardo was vey friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: The shower drain was not big enough, so the water overflows.

Pros: Spacious and immaculately clean unit. It had a wonderful rain shower. I enjoyed cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen. It was a short walk to the supermarket and the train station.

Cons: It is not the Owner's fault as they are probably not aware of the noise from the unit upstairs, but the constant walking and banging noise would wake us up just before 6am. Also, the motor bikes in the lane are noisy. If you are an early riser, this will not affect you.

Perfect

Pros: Big room, clean, complete facilities - iron, hair dryer, washing machine and full amenities WiFi and smart TV The location located about 10 minutes walk from St Louis but it's not a problem because while walking you can shop. Surrounded by 7 Eleven.

Cons: There are bad smell maybe from the soil stack. The shower area also flooding when take shower. Owner needs to check on this.

One of the best places I have stayed in. Would recommend to everyone.

Pros: It was the cutest studio apartment! Loved how spacious it was, not just the room but the bathroom as well! I was with my family and my mum and I slept on the pull-out couch bed but honestly it didn’t feel any less than sleeping on a normal bed. The AC works great as well! It was so worth the price I paid. We loved our hosts. Ricardo and Oh went out of their way to make us comfortable. We requested for a rice cooker which they provided immediately and also were happy for us to check out later than usual without extra costs.

Pros: Probably the best accomodation I've ever been to.

Erg fijn apartement!

Pros: Het apartement was erg ruim en schoon. Ook was het bed en de bank comfortabel.

Cons: Het buitenhek ging wat lastig open, maar met een tip van een bewoner/eigenaar ging het wel goed. Het zou misschien fijn zijn om dat van tevoren aan bezoekers te laten weten.

Pros: 全てが清潔で写真通り、キッチン、洗濯機もあり、自分の家のようにくつろげました。ロケーションも最高です。

Cons: 残念ですが、 ■ソファーベッドの具合が悪く、子供達二人を寝かせる大きさに出来ませんでした。 ■ベッドとマットレスのクオリティはあまり良くありません ■下水の匂いがキッチンとバスルームからかなりします。 それでもとても快適なステイでした。 ベッドを改善しれくだされば、一ヶ月位の長期滞在したいです。

Sehr schöne Wohnung nah an der BTS St Louis

Pros: Sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattet. WIFI schnell. Ruhige Lage. Kommunikativer und proaktiver Gastgeber. Einfacher und klarer Checkin.

Cons: Leider nicht viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, ansonsten schöne Lage. Wir dachten, die Dachterrasse sei direkt an der Wohnung - ist sie nicht. Es handelt sich um eine geteilte Terrasse mit den anderen Parteien des Hauses. Nicht schlimm, hat uns nur überrascht.

Pros: Gefallen hat uns die Lage, sehr zentral an skytrain und zugleich etwas abgeschieden in einer Nebengasse. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in einem Apartment zu wohnen, und nicht in einem Hotel. Die Unterstützung von Ricardo war sehr gut und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Und: dass waren definitiv die flauschigsten Handtücher, dir wir auf unserer Reise durch Thailand hatten!

Pros: The room is spectacular and the WiFi is the best and very fast. We also felt secure since it is a triple lock smart system and it’s amazing! The rooftop is also amazing with detergent and fabric conditioner and washing machine and the place is huge we also found a squirrel thanks to the window.

Cons: Nothing the property is perfect
