Pros: We absolutely loved this place. You get a whole two-storey house to yourself, which feels very private and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are so many thoughtful touches honey, peanut butter, cookies, lovely towels, that make the stay extra cozy. You can really feel that the house was prepared with care and love for the guests. The mattress deserves a special mention, honestly the best I’ve ever slept on, and I travel a lot. The location is perfect, especially for a first stay in Bangkok. There are countless cafés nearby, beautiful canals within walking distance, and many attractions close by. We also met the host, and she is a truly kind and lovely woman. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommended.
Cons: The only small downside was a rooster outside early in the morning, but earplugs and white noise solved it, and of course, that’s not something the host can control.

Pros: Everything in the apartment was good washing machine shower and all appliances and Facilities were up to standard easy access when turning right out of the apartment and turning right again this lead you to many restaurants cafes and up pencil Street which leads to the monument also a McDonald's if you have children walking through again need you to more of the old time with plenty of cafes and places to eat .
Cons: Knowing the apartment was in the old time and being in Bangkok itself there would always be noise issues but we find that the side road was used most during the night on occasion with motorcycles and tuk Tuks going up and down if somebody had young children that were light sleepers or themselves they could find this disturbing maybe an improvement on the Windows would help.blackout blinds would have been needed a street light was straight outside the room

Pros: Big clean and comfy bed. Lovely living room. Good kitchen space. Washing machine. Everything you need! Location is perfect close to Khao San and Grand Palace but still quiet. Lot's of choice in the local area. Ellie was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, can't wait to come back.
Pros: TT Haus became our home away from home for three weeks in Bangkok. What a wonderful place. The location is fantastic, loads of chill bars and restaurants within walking distance. And the owner Ellie has great attention to detail, everything you need is there. She has put power boards in all the places you need them, it's very clean and is beautifully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here.

Pros: Fantastic place for a couple or small family as a base in Bangkok. Nice little apartment, well kept, all and more is there for a comfortable stay. Quiet location but all major sights in town can easily be reached either on foot or by tuktuk/taxi (Grab). Ellie as host is very responsive and helpful with any enquiries one may have during your stay. Can only highly recommend, if the place is free, go for it! =)

Great apartment to stay in Bangkok, close to Samsen4 Alley eateries and Khao San road
Pros: Very comfortable bed. It felt like a home away from home, with kitchen, dining table and chairs, laundry facilities, good air conditioning in very hot weather, a separate living room and bedrooms upstairs. Place was comfortable and central place for our week stay in Bangkok. Would stay again next time we’re in Bangkok
Cons: Only a minor thing - could do with more power sockets for kitchen appliances.

Great place to enjoy Bangkok!
Pros: We loved how close it was to the main things in Bangkok (Khao San Road, Grand Palace, Wat Irun...), but at The same time, how quiet were the sorroundings. Clean and very nice place, we enjoyed it a lot, and Phinyada was very nice too! Would come back.
