I loved the overall comfort and experience.

Pros: For half month stay, it was really good place with all necessary things provided and the host was good. The location was okay and 7/11 was just around the corner. The washroom was okay as exhaust system and heating was good and they provided all possible necessary things for stay. Kitchen was good too as we could cook our own food very easily during the stay. All floors have one room for garbage disposal so it was super convenient too. BTS station is just 15 min walk and lotust is there as well. The overall building was secured and the view was good. we had very good experience and will stay here if came again to Bangkok.

I'd definitely recommend for short or longer stays, as a digital nomad myself

Pros: Mai was always so helpful in answering all my questions, and when I had any issues, she sorted them out fast and made me feel content. Easy access to my floor in building B via elevator with my keycard. The wifi is great for remote work and everything's very clean. And the AC works wonderfully, even going down to 14 degrees! Only an 18 minute walk along street paths to daily large markets on a busy street and a shopping centre I went to for cheap food every other day. Great facilities too!

Cons: Washing machine started to bleach my clothes a bit which wasn't great, and the bed was hard (but luckily, I happen to prefer that), but great apart from that.

Pros: My second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. Rooms are fairly clean with comfortable beds, washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc. The hosts respond fast and are very helpful. I decided to extend my trip for another two weeks, and they had no issues accommodating me. WiFi is super fast for all those who work from home.

Cons: I wish the furniture was a bit cleaner, especially the kitchen chairs.

Great stay! Will defintely return

Pros: Loved pretty much everything. Smooth check-in and communication with the host. The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was mostly clean and came with towels, toilet paper, and a bunch of other amenities (2 ACs, TV, microwave, washing machine, fridge, etc). The location is only about 20-25 min away from the airport but still close to various attractions. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: I wish the furniture was a bit cleaner, the chairs in the kitchen and sofa in the living room were pretty dirty with stains, so I never sat on them. Also, I wish soundproofing was better. Some days, I could hear neighbors talking clearly upstairs and others slamming doors every morning.

Cheap, yet a safe and relaxing place with everything you need. Great place to live. Really love it.

Pros: Motorbike taxis congregate right in front of the building every morning.Motorbikes can take you to the BTS station in an instant. There's also a shuttle service. There are convenient vending machines on site where you can buy all sorts of things. The residents seemed calm and no one made a big fuss. I like to do my laundry, so having a washing machine was very helpful. The rubbish could be thrown away at any time, whenever I went to throw it away, it was clean and tidy.If I had anything I wanted to ask, the owner would reply to my email immediately and help me out. Thank you SO much!

Great place to stay

Pros: This is the perfect apartment. Compact, functional, convenient, clean. Everything worked from the aircon to strong and stable internet. Good isntructions shared from the owner or managers prior to arrival. There's even a place set aside for grab to leave deliveries so they don't have to wait around.

Cons: There's absolutely no complaints about the place

I can recommend staying here 100%

Pros: Very nice place in modern building, spacious condo with balcony, seven/eleven is behind the turn and kitchen is suited for simple cooking. Your own lobby where you can wait for a taxi and Gym and Pool that we never been at. I found that it was best value for money.

Pros: мне нравится расположение, зеленая ветка метро, 10-15 минут до станции on nut. там же большой супермаркет и кафе. на байке до центра 20 минут, до ikea 10 минут. квартира обычная, все есть, уточняйте заранее про этаж и прочее. есть пост охраны, 7/11 в 2мин от дома. в целом хорошее место чтобы остановиться на короткий срок! есть стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, чайник, это классно. в целом коммуникация с хостом шла хорошо, он отвечал в чате. я часто жил в кондо, не могу сказать что здесь идеально, все же цена завышена на мой взгляд. но доступных вариантов к сожалению было не много, этот вполне хорош.

Cons: 1. у нас был поздний прилет, хост отказался делать check-in в 11-12 часов вечера. я уточнил этот момент при бронировании, так как до брони связаться с хостом нельзя. я забронировал жилье (бронь была без отмены), и указал время прилета, так же в описании жилья было написано “self checkin” . хост сказал что заселение до 8 вечера, локера у них нет. сказал менять даты и писать в поддержку, он не может ничем помочь (то есть чтобы я снял себе отель на ночь?), отменять сам не хотел. я так же не могу отменить так как у меня нет отмены, сумма (большая) невозвратна. я был правда возмущен, мне повезло что я просил своего друга который случайно остался в городе приехать днём и взять за меня ключ. но это очень странно и абсолютно не клиент-ориентированно, я советую хосту пересмотреть политику заселения. 2. чтобы попасть в жилье нужно приложить электронным ключом 4(!!) раза. у нас бронирование на 2х человек, если один уходит - второй должен проводить его с ключом вплоть до улицы (вызвать лифт, выйти из подъезда, выйти за ворота с помощью ключа), и соответственно встречать его так же. второй ключ хост не предоставлял, на мой вопрос сделать копию - он предложил заплатить самому (?) приличную сумму. чтобы что? чтобы потом я отдал ключ ему и при следующем бронировании люди так же спрашивали его о ключе? и он предложил бы им сделать так же самостоятельно? разумеется ключ останется у хоста, я же не буду его забирать с собой. бронь максимум на 2 человека, не понимаю в чем трудности для хоста просто сделать один раз второй ключ и всё. в итоге после моего сообщения о том что это просто небезопасно (оставлять человека дома без ключа, так как он просто не выйдет в случае чрезвычайной ситуации) - хост согласился. но только спустя 2 дня сделал ключ, все это время мы всегда встречали друг друга и провожали, а когда оба уезжали по делам в город необходимо было состыковаться для передачи ключа. 3.

Pros: Fully equipped with kitchen and comfortable stay. Quite peaceful, quiet and safe. Close to the convenient store. If you need anything they are quick to provide and response.

Cons: - No bath mat & hair drying towel.

Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good value.

Pros: The place was very clean. The air conditioning worked great as well as fast internet. I was even able to log into my Netflix account on the TV. Pans, utensils, plates, and glasses were provided so great for a long stay. It was great to have a washing machine on my balcony for doing laundry. There was also plenty of hangers and drawer space to unpack. The host was very nice, and quick to respond to any needs. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and 7-elevens with in a short walking distance from the property. 24 hour security and a very safe location.

Cons: The bed was a little too hard for my comfort, but still okay. It is about a 10 minute walk to the large market and BTS (On Nut) station. It was just a little further than I would have liked, but still a very easy walk. There is also a motorbike taxi stand just outside the property entrance, if you don't want to walk.
