Pimravee Apartment (Yaek 8)

Pros: Good place run by good person. No signs of mold or something like that, firm bed but I liked it, spacious bathroom, water bottles and glass provided. We were given an electric kettle upon our request. Several convenient stores and cafes with cheap food nearby. Washing machine for additional cost at the entrance (but we used a laundry, a lot of them nearby too). Also you can fill your bottle with clean water at the entrance ~1,2 litres for 1 baht

Cons: Chose this place cause it was the only one available without any mention of cockroaches in reviews... but end up fighting with a couple of them the first night. But they never appeared again and we stayed for a week so I think it was mostly due to the 1st floor and the fact that there are a lot of places with food relatively close. Sheets had stains but most likely because they were old. Can't complain about anything cause needed to find some place quick the last moment and this one was the only one cheap, more convenient location than others, with private bathroom and good reviews. I don't regret staying there

Pros: The uncle at the reception was friendly and helpful. And it’s walking distance from Rajamangala Stadium so you wouldn’t stuck in traffic after concerts. Bed was comfy and squeaky clean. Tv was super clear with lots of channel options.

Pros: คุณลุงบริการดีมากค่ะ พูดจาไพเราะสุภาพอารมณ์ขัน ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ราชมัง เดินได้สบาย ห้องสะอาด ที่นอนเครื่องนุ่งห่มสะอาด ในราคานี้คือถือว่าเหมาะสมมากๆค่ะ

Pros: คุณลุงเจ้าของที่พักใจดี ใกล้ราชมังเดินกลับได้สบายเลย ห้องสะอาด

Pros: L'ouverture de la porte d'entrée principale se fait avec une clef magnétique, ce qui est plutôt sécurisant. Le propriétaire, très gentil, toujours prêt à satisfaire vos attentes, bien sûr dans la mesure du possible.

Pros: L'accueil de la personne à la reception, très disponible et souriant. La chambre était très simple mais c'était bien pour le pris payé.

Cons: Pas d'eau chaude

Pros: Gần sân vận động và đường lớn, chủ nhà dễ thương. Nhiều đồ ăn local xung quanh

Cons: Thiếu tủ lạnh, máy sấy tóc

Pros: ที่พักใกล้ราชมัง สะดวกมากค่ะ และห้องสะอาดค่ะ ราคาสมเหตุสมผล ไม่อัพราคาค่ะ

Pros: บริการจากเจ้าของดีมาก ห้องสะอาด เข้าพักเป็นครั้งที่ 2

I will definately stay here again if im attending concert!

Pros: The host is good and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. The properties have washing machine (super helpful). Around 700m walk to the rajamangala stadium.

Cons: It is good for its price, but would be better if the room has kettle & iron. But overall, i think it worths your money.
