Great location

Pros: The location is fantastic and swimming pool and gym is a bonus. Owner was very kind and stayed back as we arrived late, to provide us the room keys.

Cons: Bathroom a little small

Real immersion into Thai suburban life.

Pros: This condo sits in a truly local part of Bangkok and is almost entirely home to full-time Thai residents, with very few tourists — a real immersion into everyday suburban city life. I stayed for two weeks and quickly fell into the rhythm of the area. Check-in was effortless thanks to Por, who met me within minutes of my arrival. My room on the 19th floor was perfect for a solo traveller, with all the basic needs for daily life, together with great AC in each room and a strong hot shower. The west-facing balcony delivered mesmerising sunsets nightly. Whilst the gym was busy most evenings, I had the rooftop pool all to myself almost every afternoon. A really fabulous stay.

Cons: Close to a main road intersection and MRT line, there is constant traffic noise — earplugs were essential for me as a light sleeper.

Pros: Great apartment on the 19th floor. Swimming pool on the top of the building also gym below.

Pros: The host is generous and polite. The room is completely clean and smell nice. There is a 7-11 in the building, so you don't have to worry about going hungry at night, super inconvenient.

Cons: Unfortunately, we booked 2 nights (and then booked more 1 night stay later so totally 3 nights stay) but only received two bottles of water (600 ml each); it would be ideal if we could have two bottles per night rather than per stay.
