Pros: ห้องพักกว้างอุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครันมีระเบียงติดนิดเดียวตรงระเบียงที่มีจะยื่นไป ตรงกับหน้าบ้านของบ้านที่ติดกับโรงแรมเลยไม่เป็นส่วนตัวเป็นห้องพักรีโนเวทใหม่ที่ที่นอนสบายหมอนสบายห้องน้ำไม่มี กั้นโซนเปียก โซน แห้งที่จอดรถใต้ตึกอาจจะแคบและจำกัดนิดหน่อยแต่ได้จอดใต้อาคารถือว่าโอเคครับแอร์เย็นอินเตอร์เน็ตใช้ได้เลย ส่วนด้านข้างโรงแรมจะมีเซเว่นไม่ไกลจากปากซอยมากนักเหมาะกับคนที่มีรถส่วนตัวหรือถ้าไม่มีก็มีวินมอเตอร์ไซค์วิ่งตลอด

Cons: ห้องน้ำเป็นการรีโนเวทห้องน้ำเก่าพื้นที่อาจจะเล็กหน่อยเลยทำให้ไม่ได้กั้นโซนเปียกโซนแห้งได้แต่ถือว่าโอเคครับแลกกับอุปกรณ์ที่มีให้ในห้องค่อนข้างครบ/เสียดายถ้ามีอาหารเช้าให้ด้วยเหมาะกับคนที่ไปพักเพื่อเตรียมออกไปทำงานเลย/ระเบียงห้องติดกับบ้านหลังอื่นเลยทำให้ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวมากนัก
