Amazing place to stay

Pros: Just returned from a 12 days holiday. 18 Residence has exceptional staff working for them. They were so polite and helpful. Amazing people. The one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and had all you needed. Comfortable bed. Good location, close to Nana Station only 5 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants and nightlife in the same direction. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at 18 Residence

Nice, clean, Quiet, and enough.

Pros: The hotel feels just like an apartment , you have everything you need. It includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a hall with an open kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and even a washing machine with a dryer. The air conditioning works perfectly. I had seen many reviews about low water pressure and no hot water in other hotels, so I was worried at first. But here, the water pressure is excellent and the heater works perfectly. The location is very quiet and far from any noise, yet all the facilities and shops you need are just a 1-minute walk away.

Cons: As I am not the designated requester, my capacity to provide extensive commentary is limited, and I am capable of independent action. I have no negative observations to report.

Highly recommended for longer stays

Pros: I had all on 4 implants done with Bangkok Smile which is in Soi 5, Residence 18 is in Soi 7 so the location was excellent for me. Shops are all walking distance and BTS is just at the end of the Soi

Pros: Access to the Mainstreet aprox 200 meters. Calm side street in a residential area. Staf at lobby ready to aid. Rooftop swimming pool and shower and gym and terrace with quite a view. Comfy beds , sofa, kitchen, bathroom and small but modern tv.

Cons: Many metals were rusty around the swimming pool and showers. The silicone and final touches as mortar are skewed. Probably because of an earlier earthquake in March 2025.
