Excellent modern quiet suite

Pros: Very modern spacious room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with excellent bathroom and good shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave in the small entrance area right outside my room. Very quiet due to good insulation, and an excellent built in aircon system. Good wifi. Everything you could possibly need. Small writing desk/study area also. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, though these are of varying quality. When I arrived no-one was there to check-in however a nice lady came within a minute or two of me sending a message through booking.com to tell them that I had arrived.

Cons: The only issue I had was when I made the booking via booking.com, I got an automated message from the property saying that unless I confirmed my intention to stay within 24 hours, that the booking would be cancelled and room released. But I thought the whole idea of booking the room through booking.com was to hold the room, especially as I had paid for the room or at least had a card authorisation to guarantee the room.

Pros: Nice accommodation at an affordable price. The landlady was nice and offered to do my laundry. Nice size TV in the bedroom. There is a kettle and microwave in the hallway.

Pros: Very clean, quiet. Good price. Close to SkyTrain. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Nearby university is good for a walk or bike ride. Not too far from the art museum.

Cons: No onsite reception. Checking in is a bit difficult if you don't have a Thai phone number. A bit far from the city center.

Fantastic value for money; a very generously spaced apartment

Pros: Generously spaced; in fact, it was a two-bed apartment consisting two bathrooms (one attached and one common), walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a kitchen and a living room.

Cons: There were several cockroaches in the bathrooms; a spray was provided and I think we managed to kill them all first night itself as we didn’t any on the second night. There was nothing else to complain about otherwise.

Cozy room in a wild big city.

Pros: Very friendly people work there. Staff did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Hidden gems in BKK

Pros: This place is hidden gems in Bangkok. I was in the room number 3 and i could say the accommodation was perfect. You can reach skytrain in 8 minutes and Sena local market in 5 minutes which provided you local delicious noodle, steamed rice with chicken and fruits. A staff of accommodation is super kind. Furniture style is above average and bed is comfy.

Nice stay

Pros: -Very friendly maid/housekeeper -Owner was very nice and proactive -fast wifi -nice, modern design -quick walk from the bts skytrain station -balcony -free water in the room -lots of nice restaurants and a mall nearby -quiet street

Cons: -bathroom wall tiles could have been cleaned better -towels are not made of cotton and not that nice -shampoo/shower gel caused some irritation on my skin. Not recommended

It was a cozy, quiet place to pass the time and live like a local.

Pros: The location was perfect and near BTS, some local restaurants nearby. It was very quiet as well. At the main entrance area, they provide a microwave with cutlery and plates so it was very convenient for me to enjoy meal in my room. enough water bottles and tissues were provided for my 7 days stay.

Cons: The walls are thin and I am not very sure about how the room service goes. They never come in and clean my room (maybe because when I go out, I locked it with the key I was given?) Still I waited for the ladies to come and clean my room after two days. The ladies cannot understand English very well so better to use Google Translate.

Pros: Clean, well located at BTS Sena Nikhom, and fairly priced

Pros: I love the place I love my room they are very accommodating & friendly.... what you see is what you get.
